Iba la primera en m\u00e9ritos con 22,6 puntos, a 5,6 puntos del segundo candidato. La entrevista en la que defend\u00edamos oralmente nuestros m\u00e9ritos val\u00eda 10 puntos, por lo que la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para perder la plaza es que me calificaran subjetivamente con 0 y a otro candidato con 10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El esc\u00e1ndalo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed ha sucedido: le han dado 10 puntos al tercer candidato, que ten\u00eda 15,5 en m\u00e9ritos, por supuesto var\u00f3n.&nbsp;<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Con el agravante de que las personas calificadas en la entrevista subjetiva como no aptas (0), no pasaran a formar parte de la bolsa de trabajo.&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">Esta es la forma en que la administraci\u00f3n del IVAM decide una convocatoria p\u00fablica. <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Hoy es un d\u00eda muy \u00e1spero para las personas (especialmente las mujeres) que creemos vivir en un sistema que garantiza la igualdad de oportunidades. I was the first in merits with 22.6 points, to 5.6 points from the second candidate. The interview was worth 10 points, so the only option to lose the position is that they would qualify me subjectively with 0 and another candidate with 10.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The scandal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This has happened, they have given 10 points to the third candidate, who had 15.5 in merits, of course a male.&nbsp;With the aggravating circumstance that the people qualified in the subjective interview as unfit (0), will not become part of the job waiting list. This is the way in which the administration of the IVAM decides a public call.<\/p>\n<p>Today is a very rough day for people (specialy the women) who believe we live in a system that guarantees equal opportunities.
